The Enhanced VC Diagram displays our idealized venture capital process that incorporates direct and indirect government sponsorship with the goal of reducing traditional management carry rates to be in line with traditional investment banking rates.  In many instances, the affect is a reduction in effective carry; sometimes by more than fifty percent.  The ideal model does not apply to every offering.  Contact us for a walk-through.
